So have you ever been out and about in 4WD and gotten so stuck you needed a pull ~ either from another vehicle or a more professional source like a tow truck?

Have not gotten stuck yet, but I never venture off road. Unless you want to count the time the guy in front of me stopped faster than I did. Off through the field I went.

Well...not yet...but I carry the stuff with me for when (NOT IF) I do... :p

Yep, the first time I took it out on the sand dunes on the coast.

(if you don't get stuck every once in a while than you aren't testing the limits and really getting out there 4wheeling)

dont know which was to vote , i have helped another av' get stuck ( my old one not lifted following me at praire city ) then I pulled him out with my av .

wait wait wait - I was going through the mud drag pit had mud and water up to the head lights and just didnt have enough momentum to get going though . A toyota tried to pull me out but ened up having the ranger pull me out . aint going in there again ! but had made it though 2 times before . 3 Strikes and I was out i guess

I won't say his name but there was a small GTG at my store this past winter and He parked on top of a snow pile like a little DOG looking for a BONE....He finely got off after trying for about 20 mins.... >:D

got close once. In a sand pit @ Ocala National Forest...deeeeeep sand. Trying to pull out a 2WD tacoma (had a locker and actually didnt' do too badly for a 2WD). Problem was it was uphill. I buried it down pretty good, but stoped before bottoming out as I was pretty sure that I could get out backwards.

Was already in 4LO as sand was really deep, so I threw here in reverse and stomped on it (mostly for show and sound as I was surrrounded by Jeeps and I wasn't about to get laughed at) >:D >:D >:D

Well, I successfully answered nope to all 8 "Have you ever" polls.

Now watch, tomorrow my rear glass will break when my tailgate flies open because I backed into something while trying to get unstuck..........

that was photoshopped i swear!

Stupid me thought a Ford exploder was good off road. Got it stuck in mud. Broke both front wheel hubs. Had to get pulled out by a buddy. The Av is still to new for me to get stupid with it. But when I do I will definatly post a pic! And send it to MudBugZ71 so he can be proud of me Blasting hillbilly music and getting dirty! >:D

Not with the AV.

But I did park my Jeep once on top of a pile of snow. It got warm that night and partially melted leaving all four wheels in the air! :E:

I've buried farm tractors several times, but only one story really counts. I burried a Farmall M to the axle in mud when I was a kid. We strapped on a couple of logs and "walked" it out of the mud. Scarry as Hell because the front end came up around 60 degrees before she started to walk. That was when we only had one large tractor around. Now we have "mutual aid." >:D

Nope, I carry a winch and a shovel.

Yes I have been stuck to where I needed a tow from another Avalanche :6:

I think we ALL got stuck that day except for one...the Av with the 33's and a lift. >:D

That was an interesting day, brmiller ate it and I almost put my Avalanche off the deep end of a 10 foot high dune.

Thankfully I wasn't going that fast and high centered on the peak, with my front end hanging off...remember that!

Yep this winter went offroading in the snow and found a ditch hidden underneath it. The durangos I was with didn't have the strength nor the weight to get me unstuck. Luck for me a another truck came by with a winch and got me unstuck.

Well to be honest I really have'nt gone on any moguls or found a mud hole which can stop my AV. Of course it really does'nt snow here in Atlanta so as thus my winter driving expirence does'nt count.
