I get my 4th transmission tomorrow...

WOW!!!, 4th complete trans???, 4 different transmissions in your truck??, thats something i have never heard of before, glad you got in under the wire!!!!
 
If this is #4, you'd likely have no problem getting it done outside of warranty a bit based on history.

It's being towed in a few minutes....

spoke to service rep... I am requesting a complete replacement... NO REBUILD.... OTherwise I use the LEMON LAW phrase.....

Sounds like they are just patching part of a trans that has bigger problems instead of completely replacing the whole thing.
I know if mine ever goes out, they're going have to use a shovel to pick the pieces up off the street, there won't be anything left to put new parts into.

Sorry about all the problems you are having. At least it isn't costing you any money to have it fixed. Too bad you didn't live closer, I could have done it under warranty for you and done all the upgrades at the same time.

Hopefully they will get it right for you this time. If they do put a rebuilt one in, make sure they give you the 3/36 warranty as well. This way you at least have coverage after your warranty expires.
 
OK i trashed my third transmission without warranty this week... the third one was prepped whit steel lamels and bigger pump....  i live in sweden so i dont have any warranty ....  now i think I'm gonna do a insurance fraud ....  or just put the m*th*r@#*%$!r on fire

sorry to here of the troubles, but i don't think that's the way to go
