There is a guy in Austin that wants to buy my Av but of course wanted to see it first. We agree to meet half way and he would look at the truck and I would get a deposit. We both arrived in Waco with in 5 min of each other and he looked at my truck. He loved it and agreed that is was exactly as I decribed it. He wanted to take it for a quick spin before we finished a deal.
We both got in the truck and I handed him the keys and he started the truck. He then asked me "Is the check engine light always on?" I'm thinking
Sure enough I look over and the light is on. It has never been on before and I drove all the way to Waco with no light. The very second the buyer starts it the light comes on.
Since this a supercharged truck he was understandably concerned and he is holding off on a deal till I see what is wrong. I don't know weather to laugh or cry.
As soon as I got back to Dallas I stopped at an Autozone to check the code. Turned out to be a freak unrelated code PO315 (crankshaft position sensor not learned)
I guess it could be a bad sensor or something. I will get it fixed Monday.
