Have any yall done a dual alternator setup? Or do you know where I can purchase one from on the internet?

Does anyone have pic's on this install?

I did a sincle alternator (160 amp) upgrade with a dual battery setup. Did it because of the 9500# winch and lights. Don't know why you would need dual alternators. Got mine from Wrangler NW, and installed it myself.

I want to put alot of acessories in my Av and dual battery setup isn't enough.I need to know where i can find a dual alt kit like thie one http://www.caraudiomag.com/technical/0206cae_alternator/

You might want to direct this question to the lowered AV people. The people with extensive A/V equipt might be more inclined to go for an additional alt. I think most off-roaders will probably go the bigger alt. route over installing a second one.

I'm looking for a dual alternator kit for my 2006 av.  I will be running about a dozen high-power radios, strobe lights and a winch (not at the same time of course) and will be running a seperate battery for all the accessories.  I have three radio amplifiers that are 28V so I would like a secondary alternator.  I'm really looking for a bracket that would allow me to instal a second factory alternator.  Any ideas?

Thanks,
Steve, N5AC
