Are there any Montana and Idaho Av owners out there? I know there are owners in both states as I have seen a few on I 90 and in the Bitterroot Valley when I 've been over fishing. How about putting a chapter together so those of us that fish can put together dual-purpose trips? What a great place for meets!

Fbuhler, did you get my PM(s)?

Steelheadchaser,

I DIDN'T GET PMS

CAN YOU SEND AGAIN

I sent it again, check your messages.

North central Montana here, sounds like fun if we can get some kind of meet together that isn't too far away from everybody. Being located in Montana is like being stuck in a foreign country, I would love to get to see some other peoples rides and get some more ideas on what to do with mine.

I sure wish I was "stuck" in Montana! I make it there about four times a year. I can't get enough of it.

;D When I got my white 2002 AV, it was 2 July 2001. A few months later there were over six other AV people hear in Dillon, Montana. I am a former POW from Nam. I will be 68 in August and I can not tell my wifes age or she will terminate me. We are not sure if we want to keep our 2002 or upgrade to a 2004.

Everyday whenever it rains, we look worse than most we see the pics of.

Powvn61 Welcome to the club I too have a 2002 White AV and love it I am also thinking of upgrading eather an 04 or a late 03(so I can get the Yellow) Well I hope that some one gets a chapter started and gets some cruise's going your way ;)

I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE A GTG FOR THE MT/ID CHAPTER. JUNE 28, 2003

THE DAY I HAVE SET IS EIGHT WEEKS AWAY, ON A SATURDAY, PLENTY OF TIME TO GET THE DAY OFF.

I CAN'T WAIT TO GET SOME FEED BACK ON THIS

fbuhler,

Nice AV. They do seem to be more at home with a lift and a little mud...

Check your IMs, I send you one. Up near the top of each page will be a link to them stating something like: "....you have 29 messages, 0 are new."

It took me a bit to notice it was there.

Anyway, if you have any questions about setting up a local chapter or GTGs/meets/runs - please feel free to IM me.

You can put me down for a GTG anytime.
Keep me in the loop if you will.

Members seem to be far and few between in western Montana.

But you are correct thre are some great places to cruse around here.

I'm in Missoula, halfway between Yellowstone Park and Glacier Park and about two hours from Spokane.

Flathead Lake (the biggest fresh water lake west of the Mississippi) is north of here 60 minutes away.

Anyway... I'm in.

I have a house in Chubbuck Idaho. i have friends in Kalispell, Glasgow & Billings. I am currentlyliving in Milwaukee, but would be more than willing to drive to Monatana for any reason. i love being in Monatana there is no place like it. in 10 years when I retire i plan on liviing in St.Maries, Missoula or kalispell.I just cant get enough of Montana.

I am a cali native, but have lived in idaho for the past 16 years. i do a lot of contract computer work in Montana. I have adopted it as my home state. I like the fact that the speedlimit is only a suggestion in the daytime. The best steak and beer is in Monatana.I think the best steak i ever had was in Miles City. And Moosedrool Beer,Dammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

So basically i amsaying if you all get a chapter going I am in. I will drive from Milwaukee just to be there. ;D

I posted in the Wyoming chapter that I might be heading out to Yellowstone in late July. It would be nice to hook up with some of the Idaho Av's on this trip.
