IDLE PROBLEMS

I have a 2004 Z66 I had it tune up and it runs great until I stop at a red light or stop sign then it idle so rough I've had it in two different shops and neither place could find out the problem PLEASE HELP ANYONE

Have fuel pressure checked - properly per chevy specs.

When was last tune up? plugs, wires, filter etc?

And check engine light or codes?
