IF YOU HAVE ANY EXTRA GM IN THE DRIVE WAY COUPONS PLEASE POST THEM HERE!
I have people E-Mailing me wanting them and I have gave my two away. This promotion expires at the end of this month and the two that I gave away saved the buyers about $500 to $650 EACH! Read below for the detail of this program or go to gminthedriveway

Thanks, Butch

I get the employee discount and so does most everyone in my family. GM just sent me 2 certificates that will allow ANYONE to buy OR lease a eligible GM vehicle at 4% above employee price. You must take delivery by 6/30/03. I believe the employee discount price is lower than the invoice price so this will be a great deal if you cannot get the regular employee discount! You can combine this with most incentives.

MINE ARE GONE BUT I AM LOOKING FOR OTHER MEMBERS
TO HELP DONATE THEIRS!

If you are buying a new Avalanche before 6/30/03 and can use one of the certificates just let me know and I will mail one to you.

Butch

Thanks for the offer, Z66 BUTCH! (y)

My wife's not quite ready to get an Av. It will be 04 for her, if at all. Thanks again! (y)

I bought my truck with GM employee discount (father in-law). I looked at the invoice - GM employee cost plus 4% puts price about $300 OVER dealer invoice. If you plan on using these certs. - DO NOT let salesmen know untill you have fully negotiate your best price. Then just before signing, ask to see "GMS" price. Add the 4% to it and compare to your negotiated price. Good Luck!!! :B:

Good idea! Thanks for the info----I have been trying to find out if it will save bobtorr any$$ --he says hwe is paying invoice so I guess it will not save him any.

Which is the better deal? 4% over employee price or using the GM Supplier discount.

Rollie,

Thanks for the link. I was under the impression that the GM Supplier discount was 1% over dealer invoice. That link cleared up any doubt. Thanks again.

Butch,

Thanks for the most generous offer of the certificate. I'll end up using the GMS discount though. Thanks

I sent one to bobtorr today and he said it will save him about $386. I still have one left......any takers?

Butch

Where can you find employee price? So I can compare. Here's where I'm at now.34,067 minus rebate 30067 truck stickers 37,400 Hurry I want an AVAGASM ;D

The last one I had went to Troy Brown, he said it will save him $600! I am sure there are other GM workers or retirees
here who have also received these certificates and if so whay don't you post them here if you want to giver them away? What better way top get more members. $$$$$$ off of a new Avalanche!

Butch

So I guess me paying $1940 under dealer invoice was good back in August of last year ?

$940 under invoice if you count dealer hold-back ... Sooo, that would be a net net neg $940 (loser) ...

Plus I got the $2500 rebate ... Hehe

It helps to have friends at the local :B: dealer ...

Now that Butch has given away his GM discount coupons, is anyone else ready to give away theirs?

We missed Butch's discount coupons. And now that, after considerable looking, we have found three possible Avalanche candidates. We were hoping that there was one of the coupons available.

I'll keep this at the top for a while.

I'll be purchasing an 04' AVY soon, I would love a coupon if avaiable. However, the coupon has to be good in July/August. Please keep me in mind!! THANKS

Just signed papers today, saved 715 dollars. Thanks Z66 BUTCH for your gracious offer,I can now have my 1st AVAGASM.I should get delivery on Wednesday. :B:

I'm working my nimbers on a 03 as I post, hope to work a deal by the 30th. Anyone have access to any more of the discount coupons? Would really appreciate it!!!!
Thanks,

GM is finally repurchasing my 2500. Im looking to buy an '04 Z-71 in the next couple of weeks. If anyone has an extra coupon laying around and were willing to donate it to a worthy cause (Me), it would be greatly appreciated! Beers and oysters on me when you find yourself in the DC area!
