INTERMIDIATE CEL

So I'm making a part II to my previous post about CEL woes.
I replaced the MAF a while back because I was getting MAF/O2 sensors light. The light was still on for a few weeks then went off by itself. Now it seems like every couple of hundred miles it'll turn back on for a few days then off again for a few days I'll get fresh codes pulled tonight. Has anyone encountered a similar problem this just seems so bizzare.

My 07 I've had lots of trouble with intermittent codes & odd troubles.
I replaced maf, about all sensors intake, the manifold seal, & still there is possible some airleaking somewhere I haven't found.
It's fine warm weather but in cold it's got a leak not enough to set code now but enough rpm change that I know it's there.
Ground wires & grounding points also had me searching wrong places. Make sure all Ground wires connected & cleaned meatal to meatal. I added extra Ground wires aswell.
Good luck computer system adjustment makes finding stuff harder DIY.
