I bought some LED bulbs on amazon but they are too long to install in the headlight housing because the space in between the radiator support and the headlight housing is tiny.

Does anybody know of any LED headlight bulbs that fit? If so, could you post a link where I can buy them. Thanks.

Check over Summit Racing, I know someone posted about you need the ones with the flexible cooling fins like this.

Also check into Diode Dynamics SL1 bulbs. They were specifically designed for reflector housings, and are manufactured in the St. Louis area. These are excellent quality bulbs with very good light output.

Any luck?  I have the same issue.  Would like LED?s in my 2013 LTZ and can?t find one brand that fits.

Thanks, Jim

Any update on the LED lamps? I have a 2013 BDE and started changing the rear lamps to zLED’s and me thinks I need resistors in all 4 positions.
also wanting to change the headlights out to LED, haven’t heard if too much success yet.

These are similar to the ones I bought for mine. Mine were a pretty tight fit and they are up against my radiator support but I didn't have to do any cutting. Happy searching!
