.. by the mod bug that is! >:D did the maglite mod two weeks ago.. that was nothing cuz it can't been seen unless u open it up.. but now i've got purple drl's.. can't decide if i'm ordering from stripeman.com next or if i'm going with window vents.. ???decisions decisions??? i waiting for the raffle to see what i get.. ;) can't even think about pricey mods yet tho.. i haven't even started paying for the av yet.. :cool:

sometimes a good bite is hard to find, many cool mods are only a few bucks each. if you mod, do it for you, and not what you think the other guy thinks cause most people dont notice anything anyhow,,, ive have done quite a few 10 and 20 buckers that are spread thru my posts over the last few months remember you had the vision to buy a rolling mod, an avalanche. on that special day, pull the bed covers, lift off the tailgate stow the window, drop the seats and midgate and >>>>>RIDE>>>> your truck is the biggest mod already.... study all the neat things in this website that the>>>CHIEF created and ride in that aV
 
I say go with the stickers from stripman.com. I just put mine on last night and it looks like I have a totally different car. i couldnt possibly be happier with those stickers. I also installed my nerf bars, so my avalanche smile is ten times as large now. I am looking outside my window every three seconds to admire my sweet a$$ vehicle.

The mod bug bites hard. I'm just getting started doing them, but I've got a long list waiting. Just this morning, as I was discussing some of them with my wife she said: "Your toy is worse than a Barbie doll! If I knew it needed so many accessories, you would have had a much harder time talking me into this truck!"

In my mind, that means I have almost enough stuff on the mod list. And what does she mean I would have had a harder time. How much harder could it get? It took a year of talking about it, followed by a full six months of serious whining to break her down as is! >:D

I've spent at least part of each weekend for the last three weekends doing some sort of mods on the truck. Its sooooo addictive!!!

I'd really be pushing it if I brought Mr. Whipple home to live under my hood! Before I even open the box, I'd have to sign the papers and turn the truck over to the divorce lawyer!

I was struggling enough with the thought of the Superchip programmer! I've got a 15 year old boy in the house who is just chompin' at the bit waiting for his learner's permit. He's drooling over the Av as is.

yeah... i was bit before i bought my av... i had black out lights waiting befor i got my truck... now thats comittment. (y)

Yea, when it bites look out had my a year before I did any Mod's because everywhere I looked and called about didn't make anything for the AV....Till I found this site now just in a few months I have a pretty extensive list...even ripped off a perfectly good exhaust system the other day for a flowmaster....looks like more overtime is in the future >:D :B:

I keep saying this will be the last mod, then I log in and read about something else I can't live without! I wasn't planning on modding very seriously. Maybe just some tail light covers or brush guard or something. I had no idea how addictive it would be. My fiance laughs at me because I want everything! (He baught me my first neons. Isn't he sweet!) My VISA company is very happy. . .
