Yes, I lucked into this looking for a older model Avalanche, the previous owner bought it for her husband. Well 6 months later she is paying it off and giving it back to the dealership. Something MAJOR upset her! (lol) So it had under 20,000 miles on it, still in line to be washed and cleaned up when I came in that day to look... the rest is history.

Cool deal, sometimes you can run across those. About 5 years ago I was in a bank setting up some new accounts a guber from a Toyota plant was trying to turn his car back into the bank because he was moving back to NewYork area and didn't want to take it, They kept telling him banks do not take back cars he should sell it. Well a quick lookup of the private party value the bank checked it for other liens, bank notarised the title transfer and I gave the bank cash.
