I felt the need to post this...
Koenig in Port Angeles is a top performer in customer satisfaction. They did the ISS replacement and will be doing the GatorBack TSB for me.....all at no cost under warranty.
These people are truly amaing at what they do. I have always received top level service and the atmosphere there is quite welcoming.
Upon thanking the service manager and rep for all that they do for me, the reply was "The customer comes first here. We stand behind our vehicles, and if the customer isnt happy, we arent successful. Customer satisfaction comes first, everything else is secondary."
The best customer service there that I have EVVVVER received.
