Eric, it's ok I have a Dodge now too. I MISS MY CHEVY AV. But we're in the middle of restoring a 1957 Chevy Bel Air 4 door, it's gonna take a while.

That's ok, we are down to 1 avy now. We traded Eric's in for a 4dr Jeep Wrangler a few months ago. The avy weighed too much to tow behind a motorhome.
We gave Salina Eric's old train horn to add to her sweet vette.
I just hit 70,000 miles last month on my avy that is 5yrs 3mos old. Even though I love the Jeep, I don't want to get rid of our only big vehicle. Have 5 to 6 dogs plus gear all the time traveling, I prefer to have the option for more room.

Train horn won't fit on the vette. Its going on the Avy. We've had our avy 5 yrs 10 months 78k miles. Definately keeping it. Dodge is ok. We have all chevy at our house though.

Glad to hear everyone still alive!!!!! I also traded in my AV, no longer own one but I miss it and you all!!!! I will be checking in off and on just to see how everybody is doing. Hey Salina, I got a 335I as my daily driver and it is a BLAST!!! to drive. You know I have joined other chapters like E90post for BMW owners but it is not like the CHEVY AVALANCHE FAN CLUB!!! which is more mature, family oriented and diverse. Miss you all.

yah, I ripped off the above statements, get over it.
It has been kinda dead around AZ for a l-o-n-g t-i-m-e. Very few Avr's left.
So Glen -- keep yer eyes open for 02 Northface while you are out and about in the hood
Still have our AV, but have considered selling her for a while now. 150,000 miles and going strong, still does not burn any oil and only needs the window tint redone and eventually some new tires. If my kids ever let me have a weekend alone I will pull the supercharger off and sell that since I don't need it anymore. No longer towing with the AV since I bought RAMalicious, my 6.7 Cummins Turbo MegaCab Dodge Ram. That thing could pull my house, the trailer and the AV without grunting.
We would love to have another Laughlin trip but with the 3 little kids we would get very little sleep at night and do little else then chase them around between food and restrooms.
