I own a 2008 Chevy Avalanche LTZ.  I?ve installed LED light bulbs on all the exterior lights.  I have installed load resistors for the turn signals, driving lights, headlights and fog lights. My issue is that when the my headlights turn on, my turn signals hyper flash. By the way, my headlights also have load resistors.  Can anyone tell me if I am missing something.  Do I need to add more of a load on the headlights?  Somebody please help

I have replaced all lights on my truck with LED's with the exception of the headlights (HID). I only used resistors on the signal lights.

Original poster has not been onsite since April 15th, 2020, not sure if you will get a reply. FYI if you hover over a poster's name you will see when they were last online.

I updated the headlights and fog-lamps to LED with a big result. Now I get great visibility at night and the deer are safe, but I'm pissing off my oncoming traffic. Has anyone successfully reverted back to manual headlight switching so I can avoid the daytime running lights?

I have not read of any that have reverted to a manual lights on or off old time switch. May have problems with state inspections, federal laws and some state laws by doing that since some states require lights on in the daytime as well as night especially in the rain etc.
