2008 avy long travel working 4x4.  strapped at 19" in the rear and 15 in front. king coilover front and rear.  Rear is full bedcage with resi coilovers throught the bed.  Looking for some fiberglass fenders for the front if anyone has any ideas!

That's a mean looking truck! I'm want to do something like this what kit did you use?

Its not really a kit. The rear is bed caged with coilovers through the bed. And the front is boxed arms and coilivers on stock coil buckets. Works out nicely!

at one point there was a member with a pre runner that had a Fiber glass clip that fit Well OK

Yea I know some people are using the Silverado one piece that works ok. But id rather do hood and fenders.

thing is sick.  A lot of great work as well. I have seen the build as it was going. Love the bedcage. First on an AVY. Also love the pacesetters and the catless y pipe. heard a sound clip from him before and loves the sound.

Yea theres a lot of work done. And a lot more to go. Going to be doing engine cage and some other work here soon. Just wish I could find someone to do some fiberglass fenders for it. I'm sure there are quite a few avy owners looking to do it!

Well at the moment I'm very undecided to do with my avy.. But honestly just wondering what would a ballpark price of something like that be? Since it's all custom I know the sky is the limit I've seen it done to a single cab Sierra but that was way lighter of a truck

Yes I am aware of that as I would like a set also. The problem is nobody makes them. I heard with some modification and massaging that the silverado fenders will fit though.

It all depends on who does it and like you said how far you want to go.  The main expense is the coilovers. the fronts arent too bad if you use stock coil buckets.  But the rear are much larger with the dual rate coilovers and bed cage.  Mine are about 38" from eye to eye on the coilvers in the rear which is a 16" travel coilover with the dual rate springs.  Those alone new are around 1k each.  As far as the fab goes the price is all in who does it.  Here is a pick of the rear without the tires in it.

and 09chevyavy im going to look into the silverado fenders and see what work has to be done.  Ive done a lot of fiberglass work so im sure i can make it fit nice.

Depending on how much work needs to be done I may just pay you to do it as I have never worked with fiberglass. Either you or when I take my truck to the paint shop to get the tailgate shaved I will get them and have the paint shop do it. I wanna have them fix the dent and scratches in the tailgate and then remove the bowtie from the center. Out trucks have guide pins that leave holes there so I want to have them filled and sanded over and then get the whole thing repainted. I would have them do the massage work and paint them to match the truck

Nice truck! what size tires are on there?  I'm getting new tires this week.

Here's our AV, lifted a month ago! You all have some pretty nice trucks! Way to go!!

Can anybody identify the wheels on this Av?  The same ones were on my truck when I bought it and I'm looking to get more info on them

No its not. Neither of them are actually. They are both still broken from my wreck a while back. I still need to rebuild them and I may in the near future. Right now I am working on getting my roof rack finished, painted, and then mounted.

Maybe I missed it, but you have no CVs to the front wheels.  Is this not a 4x4 Avy?

 Wow I missed that too! From the looks of that truck I thought it was a 4x4, still a great looking rugged av  (y)
