List Of Attendees For The Nationals

This is great - keep um comin! ;) :D ;D Remember 41 Avs is the record for a meet and the National event needs to be 4 to 5 times that - we can do it so come on and get those names in and show Chief how many rooms we will use so he can take a deep breath and sigh in relief. ;)

I have scanned all the threads and posts and added those who have made reservations or said they are coming for sure.
 
hey texavfan, I pm'ed you the other day to say that i was coming, must have got lost so here you go. 1 av and 2 people here.
 
Turn out is looking good - the minimum is 100 Avalanches, the target is 125 and the stretch is 200. Hoping for 325 to 600 to attend. With 6,000 members getting 125 to 150 Avalanche showing up doesn't seem terribly out of line to me. With 2.8 people per Avalanche 125 vehicles gives us 350 attendees. ;D

Hey - the Sportrac guys got 86 vehicles to show up for a one day event in Kentucky as their National Meet and we have more members then they do. ;D ;D ;D

That fact there should be enough motivation to get A LOT more people to show up at nationals ;D. If there is any way to show off to them, we'd do it in style and blow them away!

I've made the reservations and have more than complete support from the spousal unit. Just two of us. No kids, no dogs, no baggage. We're Starting in Lake Havasu [Laughlin NV] up through the Navajo reservation, Canyon De Chelly, four corners, Durango/Silverton, Wolf Creek pass, then on to Denver, the stay with you all, then to Yellowstone and down through NV or such. I'll post my cell number if others will in case we want to do casual convoys.... 5600 miles planned so far.

It sure does - if we don't get a lot more people going I'm going to have to kill myself versus paying for all the unused hotel rooms. :D: :C: :3:

Actually having 40ish Av's at this early stage of the game is a pretty good thing. We just need to increase that number 3X and I'll be able to breathe easier.
 
OK I am slowly but surely adding the state (or for our Canadian friends the country) of origin. It will take me some time but if your not updated yet give me a little time. ;) :D
 
After searching the threads here carefully I have a list of conformations at 46 AV's and 105 people - also We have 8 AV maybes with an additional 19 people.
Please search the list on Page 1 of this thread and confirm your name and number in Party if it is wrong send me a correction to my e-mail. So far if this information is correct we have a record turn out - yet we need 3 times as many AVs to confirm to let Chief sleep at night! ;) Information on Packages should be out soon! :D ;D
