I see a lot of people really into modding their Avs but they refer to the mods in very nondescript ways or ways that don't exactly let you know what was done. I was wondering if we could start a sticky or at least a thread that would have a library of links of the completed mods at least just the common ones so that us noobs can look at the existing mods and choose which ones we like. I also think it would help some of our more technically advanced member look over mods that are being done a tweak them so that they are even more fuction, well built and safe. Just and idea.

I think you'll get more familiar with this site and will find the information/mods you seek. Another great way to get mod ideas is to see them in person. We have a great group of folks in this area. We have alot of Get Togethers (GTG's) and would love to meet you. Once again, welcome aboard.

:welcome: blue! quite a few members have one helluva write up based on what they did/or are doing. Others - just ask questions and you will get information to where you could do it with your eyes closed!  (y)

best thing to do is go into each sectin... start on last page and read titles..

open those that interest you...

may take a while... but there are some good mods in the threads

I have been on here just about every spare moment I have. I do plan on getting out to on of the local GTGs but at this time of the year there never seems to be any extra time. One thing I have noticed is that I get a message on some of the mod posts that i find when i try to open them I get a message that tells me I am not Authorized to view those particular posts. The other thing I have noticed is that almost every one of the older mod posts with pictures the pictures are no longer there. I am not complaining, I think that this site is incredible and also a great resource. I am just trying to get up to speed so that i don't sound noobish.
 
Reason for no pics is original link to picture is dead as they were web links to sources outside our site.

attachements in posts should remain...

as for authorized to view error may be due to bad link in posts you are clicking on...

I am going to start a list and add on to it as I find more.      

1) easy removal or rear headrests mod done
2) lock actuator for tailgate
3) mid-deck
4) Installing multiple batteries and placement of said batteries
5) Some type of power inverter  REALLY INTERESTED IN ANY INFO ON THIS !!!!!!
6) Budget bigger brakes ( possible using off the shelf GM parts)
