On the verge of buying a 2011 LTZ with 202k miles on it. Tires are like new, new GM engine replacement at 75k miles. New transmission at 150k miles. (Still has warranty) a few minor cosmetic flaws, windshield has a crack, small crack in the front valance. Interior is near perfect. Was asking $12k and offered $10,500 and settled at $11k. Private owner KBB for Ms is right at that. Everything else I e found within 150 miles of me are $16k an up for LT or LS models with not that many less miles. They average 130k - 170k miles. I’m supposed to meet with at the bank this week to make the deal. The owner still owes so I have to be sure the bank who has the lien is paid and title is transferred. My 04 was recently totaled and Im not trying to spend as much as what these new and used trucks are going for.

Looks like nice Avalanche. If you're a previous owner & read many of the great posts in this website can know many areas to check.
I bought mine b4 checking as closely as I should have & missed the broken exaust bolts, luckily I fixed with brackets instead of tapping/drilling in block.
Electrical also sensitive I'd worry if evidence of modification in wiring. Grounding points to frame also great to check. Rust is another thing to look for mirror, flashlight, & clothing can get dirty but I'd try looking between gastank & body hear fuel lines can corrode & be expensive fix.
I do all my own work & fixing this website has helped me find & fix almost all problems I've had so far. Although the Electrical Grounding points is best information I've found, I bought many new sensors thinking they were bad luckily saved them.
Grounding threw codes parts bad & I changed them. Fixed Grounding points & now have extra parts for future use if needed.
