Looking @ Getting 1st Avalanche

I am looking at getting a 2003 Black Avalanche WBH, Base model, with the hard bed covers, and wheel flares.
The price is $23,650 +TTL.

Is this a good deal?

4x2 or 2x2??

Spectacular price if 4x4! If 4x2, the cheapest they go around here is $24995 +TTL, including the rebate in the "only one available at this price" ads, so here in the Sac, CA area, that would still be a pretty decent price! I'd go to KBB.com or edmunds.com, run out the pricing, and if you're getting it below invoice (into the dealer holdback) your doing ok!
