Massage Seat Option?

My 2007 Avalanche LTZ has heated seats with the power lumbar option which inflates and deflates the seat back to positions set manually with the control switch which is mounted on the side of the seat. I had a 2003 Cadillac DeVille DTS that had heated seats with power lumbar and also the massage option. The control switch on both vehicles look similar except for the 6-prong wiring receptacle location on the switches. On the Cadillac when the massage feature is turned on the seat back inflates and deflates continually providing a massaging effect. To get the same massaging effect on my Avalanche I would have to turn the lumbar feature on and off continually to obtain the same effect. I was wondering if a lumbar/massage switch from a 2003 to 2008 Cadillac DeVille could be modified to work in the Avalanche lumbar receptacle, whether the Cadillac lumbar/massage switch would cycle the Avalanche lumbar feature to provide a massaging action? Would anyone know or think this would work? Thanks!
