I have got a 2003 2wd 1500 Avalanche with 265/70/16 factory tires. Can anyone tell me the max tire size I can fit without a lift kit ? I would like to put 285/75/16 with new rims.

I moved your thread to our section about wheels and tires....
Scan through the threads..lots have replaced tires and wheels and posted pics....
also check the 4x4 section for those who prefer to go with huge offroad tires
