Thanks for the welcome!

I decided 2 hours of staring at the AV is probably enough for one night... :p

Greetings from Mankato! Just picked up a 2006 White Z71.

Hey all,

Just sounding off on my first post.  Have an 09 that I have had for a couple months.

This site has been awesome for information.

I got the Av specifically for towing and utility and it really has everything I need.

Hey Minnesota!! I will be moving there in Dec. so I guess I am a little early.  I need help finding a house. If u see a for sale sign jot down the # for me please. Will I NEED a 4wd to get around? I have lived in NoDak and made it around without one. :help:

Needing a 4WD depends on where you live vs where you work. I'm 45 miles away from the plant, so, although I don't "need" mine, I can make it there & back a lot quicker on those bad snow days...which you can count on one hand these days...

So, where are ya moving to? My house isn't on the market, but we were thinking about putting it up, just to get closer to our respective offices.  >:D

The wife will be working in downtown Minneapolis. I am a househusband right now but soon will be looking. I dont really want a 4x4 but would feel better if the wife had one for the commute. Maybe a old Blazer,Samurai, or something just for the winter. We have looked at houses all over so we are pretty open as far as area. :jacked:  Sorry.

Hey Murphland, welcome to the club!
:welcome:

Hello everyone just moved from Omaha Nebraska and now live here in Duluth.  I'm looking forward to the snow and the colder weather that comes with this part of the state.  I will have to look into what mods I might need for this cold weather and need to work on getting a heated garage cause no way I want to do mods in -10 degree weather.

:welcome: to the Midwest.

I feel your pain about Modding in the cold.
