I have a general question, so I was not sure exactly where to post this.

I have decided to wait till next Spring to do my major MODS. I was wondering what type of MODS are done at GTG's? I am curious if I should wait till one and what would be the advantages of having them done at a GTG? Also someone mentioned to me that many people will take you for rides in the AV's so you can see or hear the MODS that they have  their AV, is this part of a GTG as well?

Thanks guys once again

All most any mod in Michigan GTG, but we haven't done I lift yet.
We have GatorBack coating , sail panel lights, Train Horns, power tailgate locks.

Think about going to STI they will be doing lots of Mods.

I would love to go to STI but I will be away for that one also, seems they have all landed on dates I will be out of town.  :(

Do they have the sail panel windows too? I definitely want a train horn  (y)and I think I may be in need of Gatorback yup definitely Gatorback since I have 10 coats of tire crap, back to black and anything that will make it look not so diseased  :laugh:when it rains it looks like a zebra !!!!

As far as the lift goes I would love that but do I need a bigger tire for that?  Oh, since I am on this topic has anyone seen the rims that cover more of your tire to make them appear larger? I saw a set today on a truck and I have no idea which brand it was. ??? , I thought they were pretty sharp  (y)
I am hoping to do somewhere around $3,000 worth of MODs in the Spring so I am trying to prioritize.

3k on mods is a nice budget..  We can do a lot for that kind of dough..
As MS3 said, almost anything can be done..  We have had all most anything one can imagine..  The Northest occasioanlly has modding garage weekend, where they have access to a lift etc..  Also within the next 6 months I have heard about an ultimate mod garage coming to NC..  And no its not mine..

NC , would be perfect for me? (y),I will keep an eye out.

You'll love a NC GTG!!! One of the best I have been to! Great people who make you feel right at home

The winners of the US SPEEDO Gauge Cluster Face Plates at the Nationals in Rapid City had them installed on the spot after they won them.

THANKS US SPEEDO!!!

Some events are set up to allow for modding while others are set up for different activities. I would have to say at any GTG members are ready, willing and able to help mod...  >:D

It takes a little bit longer to do an amber change on an 07 for those last minute changes on ones without ambers at gtg's.  :E:

I can't wait to meet everyone. I will be watching the meets and hopefully I can make one. I think my DH is afraid of them, well , me going to them, he knows we will be coming home with new MODS? He is sorta laid back and I'm sure he has already decided he will never drive it, especially with a pink polka-dot dog hanging from the rear view mirror and HER Avalanche across the windshield?

OMG, I do have MOD fever this is very contagious.
