mufflers

Will someone please post the sound of a 2500 with single and dual flowmaster 40's DF. Alot of sounds! >:D

Im seeing mufflers in my sleep!...Oh god help me!
 
I've been Pro Flowmaster for a while and noticing that you can get systems for 66% of the price of the Corsa Sport is definitely an attractive offer...but this past weekend I was at my dealer gettin my oilchange/wash and this guy has just finished putting Corsa Sports on his 2004 Z71 Silverado..so of course I had to ask'em to crank it up, which he obliged with a grin. I'm sorry..but there is NO comparison at all. That corsa is the sweetest sounding thing I have ever heard. He was stock exhaust/headers so nothing but corsa comin out the back.


When I get the money up Corsa Sport will be on my truck.
 
here is My AV with the Dynatech SupermaXX System and Flowmaster Deltaflow 40 with stock tailpipe. Its a before and after. BTW probably going to get duals put on now or a really nice dual tip for the stock pipe.

I'm a new member as of today. I read all the posts on the Flow master 40 and had to get it today. I got the system installed at Merlins (lol) they did a awesome job. Cost me 200.00 out the door. I had a strange set up with Dual Corsa tips already installed. They come out the back right side. Looks great, and wow what a sound them FM40 Delta series makes. If anyone is in Dallas and want's to hear them let me know.

Did you go 2 mufflers or 1? And do you have a 1500 or 2500?. This is what I want.

i just talked to flowmaster on the phone, and their telling me not to put a 40 on it. they say the interior noise is very loud. they also said they are having a problem with the gm cabs being loud. my question is who has the 40 series and is it that loud in the cab?
 
I have the 40 with full length headers and LOVE the sound. You do hear it in the cab but not so loud as not to talk with a person next to you or give you a headache. If you don't want to hear the exaust inside just turn the radio up a touch.
