I also posted this in the Audio/Video section, but I'm double posting here because I live in this area.
I have a 2002 Avalanche that is being built in conjunction with MB Quart/Lighting Audio/Rockford Fosgate.
The install features Rockford?s new RAV DVD2.
2 pair of MB Quart PCE216 front and rear doors (6.5" components).
MB Quart PCE213's (5.25" components in the kick panels).
4 8-inch MB Quart RWE204 in a custom built fiberglass ported enclosures.
Savv headrest motors will be mounted in each seat for backseat viewing pleasure.
All powered by MB Quart QAA 4250 (1000 watt 4ch.) and a MB Quart QAA 1000 (1000 watt mono).
Lightening Audio Storm wiring and interconnects will be done throughout with a Lightning Audio SCC40 (40 farad) monitor top Capacitor.
2 Storm SBATTEX1 950amp batteries will be used.
The hardware (subs, amps and capacitor) will be mounted in the midgate - while still retaining full usability!
I realize this is a bit overkill for most people - but our goal is to show a full show quality install can be done, while still being able to use the truck for what is was meant for.
I'll post pictures as they become available. The install should be done towards the beginning of June.
