Another!

I used the Z1,Z2, and Z6.

Only 1 coat of each - seemed like it took ALL DAY!!

I can't imagine putting multiple coats on.

TEXAS!!!!

I'm a transplanted Texan here in Delaware.

Is it just me, or is the Z2 REALLY hard to buff off? Perhaps I put it on too thick?

Chris
PS This is the last picture!! Thanks for looking!!

Chris,

Just be careful of the outside temps - you can't apply or buff below 45 degrees........otherwise I have to agree, Zaino is the best!

Good lookin' ride, there, sir

I LOVE that blue with the 03 cladding. If I ever had to buy another AV that's the color combo I'd go with... wouldn't even consider anything else.

Chris, truck looks great! ?This looks better though! IMHO :) Made an adjustment to your picture.

i love that color combo. the wax job looks real good too. it does not look real warm out. you are a real trooper. :B:

I washed my truck recently. >:D

And I've waxed it too. >:D

But I don't use Zaino and I don't think anyone really cares what I used.

I'm glad you're happy with Zaino but you (who buy it) ought to be - you're paying a lot for it.

IMHO, good wax is good wax. A waxed truck looks like a waxed truck.

PS: Asking people if they like their wax (or whatever accessory they have) is like asking them if they like their truck (or car). 1 person in a hundred will be negative about what they bought - it's human nature to say positive things about what they bought (especially since they typically don't have anything to compare it to).

PSS: Zaino is a good product but not worth the cost or time in my opinion.

I've got my flame retardant suit on - flame away!

Thanks for all the replys!

It was hard work. Too much work I think. I'll probably try a simpler application after I use the Zaino up. My arms are KILLING ME. "Wax on, Wax off". I think I've heard this somewhere before...

The bad part about the whole thing is that the forecast has changed to RAIN tomorrow!!!

At least I'll find out how this stuff repels water.

And "Magic" Mtn Dan, if you need me to spot you some cash for some Zaino, let me know.

Hi Chris:
Good luck with your toy,
I must say you must be overdoing something, I applied my Zaino with the ZFX and it went on great waited 20 to 30 minutes came off with no problem, I could have done 2 or 3 coats in a couple of hours, my distributor told me all you need to apply is a very light coat (looks like a haze) you should have no problem.

I wonder if that's the problem. I didn't use the ZFX (Too expensive). It took longer to haze.

Chris

PS And no stickers for my baby - no matter what they say! (But I like the picture modification!!)

Chris,

From a fellow Delawarian, I'll be on the look out for you. I Zainoed mine in the Fall and have just been using the wash this Winter. Don't have a garage, so it's hard to polish in the snow.

Watch for me -- Packer green with the only Snugtop that I know of in the state.
