This is the Motorcycle Resort.  It's at the start of the Dragons Tail.

They have a tradition.....the motorcycle clubs who ride the Dragon's Tail sign thier club shirt then the Resort staples it to the ceiling.

I figured why not a CAFCNA Nationals shirt

It's covered with parts from those who crashed on the Dragons Tail

When I was living in Ft. Lauderdale (I was 7-8 years old at the time), Airwolf flew over our house a couple of times! They were filming a couple of episodes in Miami and the Keys, it was so cool! I remember it was low and all the guns were out, so sweet! Damn, I can't believe that was twenty years ago...

Ley me if/when you head there Moosc, I want to see that old Bird up close...

arriving Oct 18th for a week. The cabin is outside of Bryson City but am definately up for seeing you guys while I'm there. It did suck that I missed Nationals but this is the reason why. I've been to Deal's Gap on my bike but never in my AVY

Should be stapled to the ceiling somewhere inside the Motor Cycle Resort Diner in the background of this picture.  Stop in and eat, the food was great, and there is a souvenir shop inside.
