I saw this on a cladded 02 at a stop light....

Sorry no Pics... :E:

anyways.....use your imagination..... :0:

Remove front license plate.....cut hole in cladding from top of where plate was to about halfway down just the width of the plate area..... looked like a good clean cut.

So, whatya think...will it help much?

I'm not considering this, but, thought I'd report in in case somebody might find an interest.

EDIT:
changed title to reflect 2500 bumper

just found a pic of one.....MMD's no less....

never noticed that difference....does it help?

what are the other holes by the tow hooks for?

Hmmmmmmmmmm anyone know if that bumper would fit the 1500??? Looking to do something in the front and actually NEED the extra air pickups. So all those holes are factory?? the one above the plate and the 2 down below??

Just wondering

As far as whether or not it will fit a 1500; I don't know. They seem to be very different covers and thus, I would think, would have different attachment points. But, for sure, I don't know.

We need all of those extra cooling holes for the bigblock ;). I don't think it(bumper) would fit, probably the reason why the 1500 factory brushgaurd won't fit the 2500.

CORRECT

the 2500 needs more area flow area to keep the beast cool.......

If possible... can someone take a pic of the attachment points OR just a shot from underneth so I can make my own determination?? I might be able to get this to work if I can see what I need to work with.

Thanks
