Hey everyone I got a avalanche ltz 2007 and my question is why is the driver side is lower than the passager
The shocks have been change there new but the spring have not and I also change the height level sensor on both side but nothing it the same and is about one inch apart and sorry im new at thisEasy answer is if the original shocks and springs have never been changed most vehicles will be lower on driver side since it is occupied and driven by a driver at all times, the AV may not have passengers on every trip though so it sags less on that side. The gas tank is more on the driver side so it will sag due to weight of a full tank of gas, then you also have different weight distribution in side storage bins and bed to consider as well.
About 1 inchHow much lower it is.
I change both front but not the springs and the driver side when I took it off the stock was brokenWhich stocks did you put on, any type of service suspension warning.
The tank is half and is about 1 inch difference and the back side is not straight neitherFull tank of fuel or ??
MEasuring how?
Ok I let you know I did measure but it was top tires to metal part and it was one inch difference I do it you was and let you knowGet a tape measure and actually measure from the ground to the top of the wheel well on all 4 wheels.
Buy it used at 130.000 mile and now have 160.000 miles and the back side is air shocks but not the frontHOw many miles?
Did you buy new or used?
IF used how many miles when you bought?
Is the one with the air shocks?
