hey guys, I'm looking for anyone with a lifted avvy hauling dump trailers. My avvy is still on its 20 year old stock suspension for the next two weeks until I can figure out what I'm doing. I'm pretty set on this 6" RC lift , I've heard good things about this kit so far. But my question is how is this going to handle hauling my trailer? I've never lifted a coil spring truck and used it to tow. I know the dodge Cummins 3/4 has coils under it. I'm just kinda at the point where I need some other opinions before I go nuts thinking in circles lol

Thanks guys

Without having the personal experience on this kit for this vehicle, I know a close friend who has a newer ford f150 with the full 6" lift kit from RC and it handles well. He pulls a trailer with steel, lumber and concrete. He says it hold the road well and steering control is good.
I've driven the truck but not with the load. It is surprisingly easy to drive on dirt and blacktop.

Different question but please any body with advice!

I currently have 2 1/4 torsion keys in the front. Realized I wasn't balanced left to right. Im cranked tight on the driver side and almost loose on the passenger side. Here's the curve ball. I'm still at least a 1/2" high on the PASSENGER side! That can't be right PLEASE HELP!!

Most of the time there will be a difference between the passenger side v. driver side due to the fact that driver side always has weight on it and also the gas tank puts most of it's weight on driver side as well. If your suspension is mostly original it could have a sag due to age and in order to make it perfect you may need new springs and shocks..
