New Body Side Moldings

Happened to drive past the "other" dealer in this area, the one I'll never deal with. On their lot the only Av they had was a white WBH. It had the flare/molding package on it. Interestingly enough, it appears that the side moldings have had a production change along the way. The front door pieces now have "Avalanche" cast in them from the looks of it, and the lettering is in silver. The moldings and flares are of course black, as that was (and likely still is) the only way they were being offered on the WBH.

Just another option. Should be paintable, although they would be pebble-textured and not smooth like the Suburban or GMC ones.

No pics, hence the concept of "driving by"

I'm presuming from the appearance (I did slow down somewhat to look) that these are in fact cast into the molding. Didn't appear to be something slapped on - looked like it was manufactured.

If I end up over that way again soon I'll try to grab a pic. Don't go near there often though.
