Have you guys seen the new C6 Corvette? I believe that I am going to seriously consider one when they are available. There is a new commercial out that features the C6. I have to say that I am impressed with this one. When I got rid of my SS Camaro, I thought I was done with sports cars. The fire has been re-ignited though. I am anxiously awaiting. :B:
 
As much as I hate to say this....I don't care for it, too pretty. I think they softened it up too much. I want to see something a bit more bold and daring. Looks like the offspring of a Camero, Viper...Vette thing. Maybe they will nickname it Flower.

I don't think either one of those would look good with your bumper on them Bigblock >:D

That "Flower" better be pretty strong or the pettles will be flying off at 180 MPH!! :B:
 
I've only seen it in the commercial they've been running with the diff. models driving onto the carrier. As that's the first vehicle shown it took me awhile to figure out what it was. From what I see I like it. I was surprised, I thought it was supposed to '05 for C6.

Hidden headlights did not show up until 63 and the lines were not there until about 61. They are just going for some change. They have to do something with Ford bringing out the new Cobra and GT40. I applaud their efforts. They did not make any radical changes. But from what I understand, the build quality is suppose to be far superior to the C5. I would really like to see that. Also, the interior is upgraded. What makes a Vette a Vette was violated in the mid to late 70's when a Pinto gave them a run for their money.

I like it. I have a C5 and lots of owners put in similar headlights. I really LOVE the new interior. Sweet head unit. Hoping it will be a easy install into a C5.

Not much info is available on the C6 yet. The Corvette Forum is all over it. Everything will be out in a few days when it debuts at the LA & Detroit Auto Shows. The new LS2 engine is supposed to put out considerably more HP than the LS1.
 
Now IF IF i had won one of the Powerball Ticks i would be on my way up to CALLAWAY CARS for one of thair C12 Vettes right NOW 500 PLUS HP

just saw a commercial during the game featuring the new C6 Vette and the rest of the new GM lineup, to include the SSR.
it consisted of a car hauler driving through various places. as it passed through these places the GM vehicles would catch the truck and ride up on the trailer. the cool part was when the SSR did a 180, and drove up on the trailer backwards. btw, the truck never stopped to let the cars drive up the trailer. they did it while it was still moving. :B:
