Hi I’m new just bought my second avy 2008 Z71 4x4 my first 2007Lt I’m guessing this is were u put out your question so here goes my engine light is on and wont go out on the 2008 and diagnostic shows the pcm and cpu but not having any problem with truck could u tell me what I need to do to fix this
 
Hello all I am new to the group/new owner just got an 03 Avi with 84k on her drove her from Fort myers FL to Nashville TN to Back home here in PA she is definitely a smooth ride

Hi Vickibella, if I were you I'd start a new post as your question will get lost in the shuffle in this one. Please list what error codes the scan/diagnostic reported too.

Welcome to the club ev1. I've been a new owner of an old Avy and new member for about a month now. These forums have fantastic info. You just need to surf through and do some reading. No question is too stupid, you get an honest answer.
 
I recently purchased a 2008 avalanche. It has 62,000 original miles and is in very nice shape. This is my second avalanche my first was a 2003 four-wheel drive Z71. I live in the south central area of Alabama near the Florida panhandle. Thanks for the add

I'm Kevin and my Avalanche is named SN10L (Sentinel) It has 260k miles so far. I've been doing a lot of replacing of parts and upgrading since I'm not too happy with the newer vehicles. Besides this is paid for. I plan on doing overlanding with it and I'll be posting pictures of my travels hopefully soon when I have a few leaks taken care of. Sorry it took so long to post even though I've been here for a few months now. Thanks for adding me.
 
Hello everyone had my 2013 green avalanche for around a week now. Just been attacking a few small issues .
Should have the tailgate assist to install today and a new wheel wrench kit coming from Amazon.
i plan to use this truck as my weekend camping kayak fishing rig. Maybe I will get the tent or just sleep in the bed with the mid gate down.
oh and I can’t believe I found a green avalanche in green without a cracked dash.
