Fer sure!

I had SPCOLI in Oregon (max of 6 characters) - but that was on my Silverado.

When I first got the Avy here in Colorado, I had to get these hedious green and yellow (hedious unless you're an Oregon Duck or Green Bay Packers fan) recreaction truck plates. Funny thing is a neighbor down the street had the same color, that were 3 digits off. Mine ended with a 6, his with a 3. Go figure.

Then I got my custom SPICOLI recreational truck plates. Had those for about a year and a half and the wifey decided we need to use the Avy for business.

So I go in to renew the tags and get SPICOLI in light truck plates. Since I was converting from rec to light truck, I have to turn in the custom rec plates and get light truck plates that are not custom. And wait on the custom light truck version. And wait...and wait.

I recently got a letter stating that my new plates were in. I waited 40 minutes in very cold weather a week ago Friday (yeah, there were about 35 people there before the doors opened, I was #2 in line) to get my new plates. The new plates were exactly the same as the old ones - rec truck plates with SPICOLI! Argh! :E:

So, had to send 'em back...and wait some more. It only took 3 months to get the duplicates made. I am just waiting for a letter to come in the mail stating that since I already had SPICOLI in rec truck plates, they cannot make them in light truck plates...we'll see.

I saw an Avy with "AVS FAN" custom plates. Posted in the Colorado section to see if it was the CAFCNA member avs fan but never saw a response...

Man, I just can't do a short post, can I? :2:

Hasta,

-Joe

I was going to get custom plates.... but the price went to 104.00 per year.... I can spend my money on better mods...IMHO... so I passed them up.

My plate is the same as my handle here. Last week my neighbor asked me if I was an 'Adult Video' actor.....

Great custom plates, guys! (y)

On the "WTF" - that's too darn funny. >:D

My current, light truck plates as I wait for my custom plates are: 924 FKT. Now, if I had a 924 Porsche, those plates would be kewl, or maybe not  .

And if I were to try to get FKT on some sort of custom plate, you know that wouldn't fly! :2: Like FKT OVER, or YER FKT, or FKT 2, or ???

Oh, I need to stop being naughtly tonight... ;)

TTYL,

-Joe

edit: d'oh! - the numbers come before the letters
