NJ GTG at the BORGATA CASINO in AC on 9/12/03

Hey everyone, I am organizing a GTG to the Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa for 9/12/03. ;D

The Borgata is the first Casino to open in Atlantic City, NJ in the last 13 years. It opened on 7/3/03.

Let me know who is coming to this GTG. :B:

I think I'm supposed to work the 12th, but I may have it as a vacation day. We are supposed to go to L.B.I. for the week starting the 13th. I'll let you know.
 
put me down for a maybe.. gotta see if i can get off.. my boss told us the other day that anyone can take any days they need off... except me cuz i'm the only auditor :rolleyes:
 
I will be working on the time for the 9/12/03 GTG. I am working on the time for the start as well as gathering all the Aver's who will and want to be attending. I have currently the following:

from CAFCNA:

And I have 3 other Av people from ClubAvalanche who are also definites.

So as of right now, I have at least 7 definites and counting. :B: :love: ;D

 
Depending on multiple issues I might be able to attend. (Man is that wishywashy or what.)

My Business travel has been picking up recently, so I am no longer the master of my schedule. However if I am not on the plane somewhere I would love to make this.

By the way the Borgata's parking garage fits the AV, especially the 2nd floor as the ceiling is some 30 ft high, unlike some of the others that make you very timid slipping the AV under the Beams.

Also the Borgata has a fantastic Buffet. If anyone can not find something to eat on that spread, your not trying hard enough. Everything from Filet Mignon, NY Strip, Prime Rib, Crab, Lobster (was a special day I think for this), Corn on the Cob, Chicken, Fish, Chinese, etc, etc, etc. Then the Desserts are ......... Can't describe them adequately. Was too busy trying them all! I believe it was like $24 or $25 bucks but well worth it!!! :D

Oh yes I forgot the do have something called Gambling availble there too! Just in case you thought I spent the WHOLE TIME at the Buffet! ;D

I still work there, only 2 days left then I am laid off.

I have been there building the Borgata since June of 2002. The parking gargage fits My Av with no problem. I can park on any floor in the garage. There is also a surface parking lot which we may be using so when we take group photos, the Borgata will be in the background.

The food is very good, the enterainment it top notch, the Borgata Babes are absolutely gorgeous.

Let me know is anyone wants to klnow more about the Borgata.
 
Is this still on? If so it looks like I'm in. Travel has been slipped a week. My better half and I will be there.
 
:6: looks like i'll be missing this one.. my mom goes in for a hip replacement that week.. i won't be doin much besides visiting the hospital and laughing at her while she's on morphine.. yes, i am the evil daughter.. >:D lol
