No Air Blowing From Any Vent Location

On my 2008 Avalanche, I am having a problem with air not flowing out any vents (hot or cold). I can adjust the fan and I can hear it blowing hard, but nothing comes out. It doesn't matter if I change it from vents, to feet, to defrost, etc.

NOTE: When I do change the location (for instance, from feet to defrost), I can hear it changing under the dash.

Now, for the fun part... Sometimes it works properly (maybe 10% of the time).

Can anyone tell me what the issue likely is? I am assuming I need to change an actuator, but I don't know which one to change for this particular issue (left, middle, or right)?

OBD II won’t show unique. system codes like for HVAC. It will prob take the dealer running diagnostics with GM software to see which actuators are getting voltage, opening, etc.

Ahh, I understand. I may do that if nobody else has a good lead on what specifically is going on.
