No start, no lights and a beep and a click

02 Av was running, pulled into garage and turned off engine but something didn't seem right when it cut off. Immediately tried to restart and nothing except a beep every 3 seconds and a steady clicking sound coming from below the dash. Background: Ran into edge of garage a few days ago with the passenger side bumper. Impact was enough to split bumper at top; also used fog lamps for first time in a while about the same time, since then noticed almost imperceptible blinking in dash lights. Any ideas or similar experiences welcomed. Am starting with passenger side fog lamp and trying to find ground connection. Suggestions of where to look greatly appreciated.

Been there done that. Currently recharging battery because the clicking (which I'm pretty sure is a relay trying to connect) ran the battery down. Currently taking off front bumper to get to grounds on front of truck. I hope.

Checking the battery cables and having the battery LOAD TESTED would be a good place to start.

The battery cables are tight, positive power at terminal where positive cable connects. Battery is taking a charge connected to side terminals on battery. There has to be power somewhere because the relay continues to click? (Now that the battery is somewhat recharged.) Trying to get to grounds on front of truck near the radiator. Have removed all bottom screws for body armor bumper. Any tricks in getting top taps to release?

Voltage means little if the battery can not provide amps.

Load test the battery.
