I just bought an 02 Avalanche and I have a flapping noise coming from the passenger and driver side A pillars or wiper cowl near the bottom close to the windshield. It doesn't do it until I'm on the highway running 50 mph plus. Does anyone know what it is?

I vote fot the bug deflector also!

I don't have a bugshield and have the same problem. Chances are it's the little rubber flap that covers the screws on the cowl... I'm thinking a piece of Velcro will fix it, and still allow access if ever needed.

Nope, strongly doubt it - if you're hearing a sound that sounds like rain hitting the windshield at 55 MPH then it is your trim pieces on the A pillar, the tape mod will make that go away...
