So I was checking out the 2003 pages setup on the Chevrolet site and I went to their comparison page run by AIC.

This was the part that made me go, "hey - wait a minute!"

When you go to the AIC page:

Note the four default vehicles you can compare to. Now sure anyone could have made those picks - BUT with the exception of the Ford Sport Trac, the wheel-base and options selected were identical to what is on the compare pages to this site!

Heh heh heh - wonder if I should send the General a bill!

That tells me that the Chief is right on with just about every thing he does. From the set-up of this site to setting up the Wild West 2002.

Great job, Chief :B: :B: :B:

Why am I not surprised . . . Chevy marketing folks would be fools to not take advantage of the free survey data available on this site - and others related to their products.

Interesting observation Chief! I propose that we all petition Chevy for a cash compensation (or equal value in Av mods!) for all our hard work

;D ;D ;D

That doesn't surprise me.

When I recently had the opportunity to meet and chat with a Chevrolet Rep, he already knew about our site ... and even knew about me

I wonder how far behind the government is from monitoring us now that the General and his team are on to us :) :) :)

I wonder if they are going to looking into our upcoming trip to southern NM - it is really an AV meet - it has nothing to do with Rosewell being so close :)

Pete - hide Billy

Being serious - it is good news that GM is watching this site

Did Goo talk the Chevy rep into providing any neon-related options for the 2003 Avs?
Actually the conversation was about my glowing photo, Sportwing's new spoiler and the Naked AV.

Chief ... Thanks for providing this Great Site!!!

i know my life may never be the same again :2:

Goo

Since the General knows you so well. Maybe you can trade your 02 in for an 03 at cost.

Chevy must be looking at this site. How did so many of our requests and mods make it into the 03?. Changes like mirrors, audio controls and entertainment systems?

We know they are watching.

This site would have to be set as the home page for any Chevrolet R&D officer. Where else could you get so many ideas and opinions in one location? :0:

Was it something to do with blocking the night-time traffic outside the Alamo? ;)

I think with my modding I might lose money on that deal. I might have to wait a few more years. Can you imagine what the changes might be then?

Bassing and Improper Lighting have been their favorites lately. MissAvalanche thinks it is just AV envy

This site is far more useful than the Generals for researching the Avalanche (although a little biased, but then so is the Generals). :)
GM really does owe the Chief something. I would say a free limited edition CAFCNA Avalanche!

My dealer did not even know this site existed, which I thought gave me an edge with making a deal due to all the info I had. :0:
