P0466 code still coming back

Hi y'all!

Recently pulled some EVAP codes on an 03 Z66 Avalanche I got from the parents. They were P0466 and the other two I now forget but they were P045's (wrote them down but Mom threw them away).

Since the truck has been in Florida where emissions weren't needed and I had to get it back to Texas where I need to do emissions, I decided to replace a lot of things because I had the space, tools and time where I was at.

I replaced:

1) Vapor Canister
2) Purge Valve
3) Vent Valve Solenoid
4) Gas cap

They were all still the original parts (the vapor canister sounded like it had rocks in it). Cleared the codes. Drove it back from Florida to Texas without a hitch and no check engine light. Also my OBD scanner was and still is reading that all monitors are set. I was feeling pretty good about myself.

Next day back home, do a little driving around town in stop and go style traffic and here comes the dreaded P0466 again. So after poking around here and some other GM forums, I saw that possibly a fuel tank pressure sensor could throw the code. Since my dad, the original owner, cut a hole in the back floorboard to replace his last fuel pump, I was able to change the fuel tank pressure sensor tonight no problem. That was still an original part as well.

Need to do some more driving tomorrow and hopefully, I'll never see it again.

However, at this point, I'm not set up to do major work because I Iive in an apt complex and own a garden variety mechanic's tool set, etc.. And while I can hang parts and pick things up pretty quick on YouTube, I'm no mechanic. So I'd figure I'd ask, with all the wisdom here and to get ahead of the curve, what should be my next move should it pop up again?

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I know u said u were in an apartment and limited tools. But on my 2003, I had same issues. And it was not fixed (had replaced valve, canister and solenoid) until I blew the lines out with compressed air. Disconnect both ends of lines so dirt/dust can pass through. I recall some tricky pinch fitting. But could do with needle nose pliers. HTH.
