Panel Fell Off

I'm driving and all of a sudden, this panel falls off.. what do you think could have caused it? The clip inside is broken.  Maybe it's my bass?? no idea

most likely the clips if you have a bose sytem thats where the bose tweeters or what every there called

I can assure you it wasn't my bass.

My clip broke also on the drivers side panel, I used a screw at the top where this and the headliner meets, Don't even notice it and hold better now.

well im just gonna go to the dealership and make them fix it since im under warranty but if it happens again ill probably do that.. thanks for everyones help
