I have put together a basic schedule of the Paris Landing Regional GTG as I see it. It will look something like this but will be subject to change between now and then:
Friday 4/30 -
Everyone arriving througout the day
4:00 pm - Registration opens (Hospitality Room -1st floor of lodge)
8:00 pm - Meet & Greet (Hospitality Room)
12:00 am - Hospitality Room Closes
Saturday 5/1 -
9:00 am - Registration Re-opens (Hospitality Room)
9:00 am - Marketplace opens (Hospitality Room)
10:30 am - Gather for Cruise into Paris (Parking Lot)
11:00 am - Leave on Cruise to Paris
11:30 am - Arrive in Paris - break for lunch/shopping/pictures
1:30 pm - Off-Roaders head out of Paris to LBL
2:30 pm - Off-Roading at Land Between the Lakes (LBL)
6:30 pm - Group Dinner at Lodge Dining Room
7:30 pm - Raffle/Awards (Dining Room or Hospitality Room)
12:00 am - Hospitality Room Closes
Sunday 5/2 -
9:30 am - Marketplace opens (Hospitality Room)
12:00 pm - Hospitality Room Closes
People are welcome to participate however they please in any of these events. We're not trying to break any records, we're just going to be enjoying each other's company. There is some good free time in between some of these events, please feel free to tour through Paris at your leisure, enjoy all the recreations the park has to offer such as fishing or golf - maybe we can get a volleyball game going or something, or wander around the parking lot (which is where most will be) looking at AV's and mods.
