Hey we did this last year did not have a hugh turn out but lets do it again

8:00 A.M. Meet at Beverton Starbucks
8:30 A.M. Exchange Cookies
9:00 A.M. Cruise to HWY 30 to loop around to Multanoma Falls (Sorry I can spell Multanoma) then cruise to Cascade Locks for Lunch
then after lunch cruise over to Hood River and up to Mt. Hood stoping along the way for pics of our AV's in snow then travel up to Timberline Lodge to see the snow and to check out the lodge and maybe even get some sleading in for those who want to.

So what do you guys think Portland has not done anything for a while so lets GTG and do something (y)

Yes BRMiller I will keep this post up for more then a day it is just that I have posted cruise ideas before and they have been up for weeks, months and no interest I think the Portland chapter is dieing I hate to say it but we have not had a secessfull cruise since Feburary 03. We have not heard from our Portland Cruise planner for several month we have not seen or heard from PDXKevin for several months. I don't know what happend down there but I have a feeling the Portland Chapter is dead. I am sorry if I offended anyone I am just voicing my opion. I was just around when the club was up and running in full and I miss those days when we were having a cruise every 2-3 months and having a good group of guys willing to help plan cruises. BRMiller you have do alot of hard work on the club and trying to keep it togeather this is in no way a bash against you. and it is not a bash against any 1 person I just miss the way things use to be.

Again I don't mean to offend anyone I am just voicing some frustration

That's cool, Lance. No offense taken. You are right that the Portland Chapter has been "off-line" for quite some time. You and danlwil have been keeping Oregon on the map for the last 8 months...

I know pdx and Tina were really in to the cookie exchanges, so maybe they'll pop in. Take heart, we still have several weeks 'til the end of '03.

Sorry I did not see this post for a while Yeah I would be interested!!! Pluse I could bring my Snowboard and hit one of the ski areas up around that area!!!!
 
Wow, Lance has a snowboard. Sweet! I have to work on the 20th Lance, but if you all want to cruise through the Ford dealership, I'll have some cookies here for you all. I could do the 21st though, if 1 day later would work. Sorry for the lack of planning. My job has me working 54 hours a week plus school. I know, excuses, excuses. If anybody is free on that Sunday the 21st, I'd be game for a day of snow play and cookies??... ???

Yeah but what if we did it like Jan 3,2003??? because the folowing weekend would mean I would have to head to Portland the day after Christmas??? So how does Jan 3 work for every one???
 
yes this is a GTG, Cruising, Cookies, and Snowboarding/Sleading/Skiing I may or may not snowboard depending on how I feel I just took lessons today I am still in "OH NO" Mode when I get going fast.
 
Umm most likly I am not sure yet I will see how my $$$ situation is at the time.....but for now most likly it will happen. Jan. 3rd.

The starbucks is the one attached to the big Fred Meyer that between Hwy 8 and Hwy 10 (Canyon Rd and Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy). It is on the South side of I-205. We meet in the big parking lot on the West side and out in the open where we can see everyone. Bring handheld radios if you have them. Can't wait!!!
