Power driver seat problem

In my 2005 the power seat doesn't want to go forward/back more than a few inches.  All the other move features work fine.  Also, sometimes when I try to move the seat the button is reversed (forward makes it move back and back makes it move forward).  Could this be the power seat control module?  Any way to diagnose it?

My 2003 has sort of the same problem. Mine is the seat height adjustment switches. The back one is normal but the forward one you have to push down for it to go up and up to go down. Weird. Don't know why. Thought it was wired funny, cause i have found alot of wiring issues from the previous owner.

On pushing the button forward and the seat going back the same for pushing the button back. There has been a few members on here with that. Mine happened after the dealer put my tune back to stock with new and greatest upgrades. With the seat in auto did not realize this for some time. When I went back a couple of years later they told me they found the seats backwards. They said they could reprogram it for a fee. No you did it still want a fee. No thanks I lived with it.

On the seat only moving a short distance. When I worked on my 03 seat I left the front position sensor unplugged. So it had limited movement.
