Pricing on 2002 North Face

hey everybody, first off I'd like to say how much I love this sight. I've been Lurking around on here for about 6 months now with prospects of buying this wonderful truck and I think it is time to take the plunge. What I have found is a 2002 black North Face with what I believe is every option, but I could be wrong, and about 18,000 miles. The price the dealer is giving me is $28,000, Does this sound like a good deal?

That is the retail for a 2002 North Face. You should be able to work it down. According to Kelly Blue Book the trade in value is $23,000. The fair price should be some where in between.
