Now I have still the same problem as with the stock PCM with hypertech THat when the engine must givemore power than 80% it stops when you reset it you can drive again on low speed
Ihope sombody can help me with this problem

I had problems with my BBK 80mm when I installed it and I was tuning through email with Allen Nelson during that period. I have also seen a lot of his tuning parameters, so maybe I can help. It will require you to list all of your mods and giving a description of your issues in more detail.. I do my own programming now so maybe we can stumble through this... My short answer is the throttle blade is known to stick on the 80mm BBK... take a screw driver and loosen the two throttle plate screws when the engine is off and throttle blade is closed. You might feel a spring unload in the assembly, that is fine... recenter the blade and retighten screws..... make sure blade has full travel without hitting the sides of the throttle body...

Hope that helps...

Hi FlaBouy
Iwill try this Ihope it will soll my problem
Thanks P.J.

If not I need to know what year your Av is and whether you are dealing with a stepper motor or not in the TB setup.... Might be nothing more than your step count in the tune on warmup..... I assume it is drive by wire and not cable..?

When retuning and making changes to the airflow tables (VE) you effect the idle trims and the result is poor idle and in the case of a cable TB, stumbling and setting SES codes due to calibration of TB steps during warmup... this sets the deck for airflow through the TPS range and can cause the truck to go into reduced Engine Mode... I actually had that happen when my BBK 80mm was sticking....
