I am installing a remote start and alarm.(code alarm). What my question is --- Can I attach the red led light that comes with alarm to the word SECURITY in the dash cluster and have it flash insted of the red light? If so does anyone know what wire?? Thanks

what yea is it? i know on 02s they have the little display on the left side right. if thats your case, no you cant do it. if you actually have a seperate light for the security, then i would allmost say you would have no prob doing it. its just the matter of taking out the cluster and finding the contact that goes to your bcm. i would totally disconnect it from anything else though if you do it. no telling if it would effect anything else if you didnt.
