rear axle blown~HELP PLEASE

2002 1500 4x4x 3.73 and running 32's
31k miles
driveline issues since day one and now the rear housing is blowing lube.
and i had to limp home in auto trac/4 wheel.
i wasnt even racing or mudding......
the rear driveshaft spins but not rear wheel drive.
i have a feeling dealer w/just blame me.

If you show up at dealer with 32`s they probably will blame bigger than stock tires caused it. You dont have stock wheels and tires to put back on?

dropped it off at the dealer on Monday.....
dealer said at first they wouldnt cover the damages, but checked into it a little bit more.
dealer stated that the whole diff/r+p exlpoded.
should be fixed in a couple of days.
fyi kept the 32's and the 16x10's on it.
