Reduced power mode 07 AV

Hi everyone, my friend bought my old 07 av about a year back. It’s a beautiful truck but the last 3 weeks have been a nightmare. He took it to our local shop since it went into limp mode and he looked through all the wiring and replaced the Throttle body and the accelerator petal position sensor. It was good for a few days and now it went back into limp mode. I’ve inspected all the grounds, and I’m almost thinking it’s a bad ECM. When I owned the truck it only happened once and the 2 amp DLIS fuse blew. I replaced it and drove it for months without issue (I checked that it’s not the issue). Does anyone have a guidance on this? Most videos I see just say it’s a throttle body issue but I can’t find any fixes. When I start the truck I can’t even rev it in park which makes me think it’s a ground, but with all the faults it makes me wonder if the ECM is just bad. Hey everyone, after months of diagnosis I figured it out! It turned out to be the XM “shark fin” antenna on top of the rig. The gasket blew out and water shorted out my wiring. Somehow it allows the truck to go into limp mode.
