I will try to call them and confirm that. I would assume so. She said 10% off so.......I didn't check on the cottage price, but if it's not a whole lot cheaper, I would stay at the hotel. There is always alot going on in the parking lot, that I wouldn't want to miss ;) ;D
 
Sign me up as a maybe. As time gets closer I will have better insight. That is also the same weekend as my B-day. So, I have to see who has plans for me >:D

Does anybody know if the casino is a full casino... as in crap tables? Blackjack? I may have just moved up to a maybe from an iffy maybe....

Hi all,

It is with heavy heart that I write this.

I just found out last week that I'll have to work the same weekend that We have this GTG planned.

I've notified a couple of people that have been assisting me in putting this together. I've told them that they can continue to organize this event, but it would be without me, due to work. The consensus however seems that maybe we should postpone until we can find a better time.

Part of the reason for postponement is after I talked to one of the administrators on the reservation, he mentioned that they have the fall festival planned for that weekend and the property would be out of the question.

I'm truly sorry for all the inconvenience this may have caused anyone. I'll do my best to find a date where we can all have this GTG soon.

I'll keep you all posted,

Well, it stinks with the job situation etc. Bill :C: I feel for you. I am up in the air as what to do ??? I am still more than willing to go to this, or move the location, or the date etc. Start speaking up and let me know what the majority wants. As far as having it in Cherokee, I don't know anything about the area, and have never been there. I can set some things up regardless(hotel, camping etc.) , but beyond that , I don't know. Anyone up there want to help out with this. Or do we want to do something in Florida around that time of year. I am willing to try to please the masses, just want to have a good AV GTG somwhere ;D

Sorry to hear about this, Cherokee would be great but as you said maybe another time would better suited.

Like Oviedo stated, it's still a good time of the year to put something together... I'm in and offer the same help as always..

Besides, we're ginnig up new prototype FROG mixes...

I wish I could offer more support on this, but I've so extreamly busy at work, I'm going nutts.

If we do reschedule, I'll do my best to make it happen again. Timing of course is the Key and also something I'll have to pre-arrange with my company.

If you all decide to move it somewhere else, I also lend assistance in putting it together (when I can).

Haven't been on in a while, and was just checking in to let you guys know that my wife actually said we could attend this one...was going to coordinate with a trip to visit family in N. Georgia and South Carolina. Bummer.

Oh well, we'll come up with something else I'm sure :)
